Heated Pool

This is a "just curious" question. Now that January is upon us - for those who have recently visited Pearl or who are there now, how is the heated end of the pool working that we read so much about? We have never visited Desire before but were in the area last year in February and the pools were not heated so the cool nights made them not so usable, even during the warm/hot days. We are pool people but getting into a very cool pool can be tough especially that moment where the water kisses the underside of the "boys" for the first time. It can be enough to make you jump right out of your skin....

Water in the warm end of the pool was great!! very comfortabe, so "the boys" would be just fine...

We were there in December and it was perfect...considerably warmer than the "cool" end, and cooler than the hot tub. People tended to hang out in the pool all day, which was not the case when we were there a year earlier.
