It's hard to say for sure which day, as the event listing just says:
July 2nd – 4th:
Rock Band, Resident & Guest DJ’s, Foam Party, BBQ, Pole Art Workshops, Sexual Workshops, Sensual Dance Lessons
Dress Code July 4th: Red, White & Blue
My guess is they'll keep their regular contract with the foam party contractor and have it on Saturday, but who knows? You could email them and they should be able to tell you if they have a specific plan.
