Is there real Ginger Beer at Pearl or at least for sale locally?

I take it you're into Dark and Stormys or Moscow Mules?

I love Moscow Mules when it is hot out, I hope the do have ginger beer.

I'm pretty sure they just have standard ginger ale soda. I bet finding proper ginger beer in the area would be difficult but not impossible. The lack of easy shopping near the resort or on the way there from the airport is a real downer for this kind of errand

You can get to town pretty easy from Pearl, but finding ginger beer there would be tough. I can't imagine you'll find anything at OXXO that the resort won't have, and I'm not sure where else to go. Walmart is a possibility, but it's in downtown Cancun (or in Playa if you were considering a day trip that way).

You might consider contacting the resort ahead of time and asking. They are so good at accommodating the guests that if you put in a request ahead of time, they may order it for you. Those drinks are so popular now that they really should consider having it in stock. I'd love to drink them while I'm there!!

Great idea hubby already packed 6 bottles along with the fire ball, shots anyone...tues can't come soon enough
