SDC Take over in May?

I have looked at the schedule of groups in May and noticed that the SDC group is listed as having a takeover in May at Pearl and RM. I am wondering if this is true because we were able to book our visit through Orbits for Pearl. If there is a take over will the themes change.

What's the SDC group? I saw someone else say something about this group, but there's nothing on the Desire website about it that I can find...

I believe they have scaled back and only doing one resort - all that is showing now is their annual May takeover for Desire RM - May 19 - 24, 2016 (5 nights)
