What kind of games should we be expecting during the day time activities?

We will be new to Desire Pearl this August, and we had the same question as you. Someone was nice enough to direct us to the following image:

It gives the names of the activities but doesn't describe them very well. Any of the veterans want to chime in and tell us what these activities are all about? Which ones were good, which ones were not so good, and which activities are missing from the list that you would like to see added back on?

Yeah we found that link also
But was still in limbo as you guys as to which are the ones to make sure we are present for.
We will be there in July.

Some of the non-obvious activities:
Beach games = cornhole (beanbag game). Not sure if there's anything else.
Wet and Sexy Aquagym = water aerobics in the pool
Desire Time = sexy/funny games

Our advice is to try anything that sounds interesting. It's a good way to meet people.

What kind of games so they play?

My wife and I have done the "Human Sundae" a bunch of times. Lots of fun getting covered, and uncovered, with chocolate/whipcream...

We've also done sexy darts (shoot darts from various positions).

When we were at RM, they played a trivia game. Host asked questions about the resort to the crowd at the pool. Every question we answered correctly, correct answer person could choose one of the entertainment staff and require they remove an article of clothing. Every one picked the sexiest female and got her top off and down to her bottoms. she had 4 pairs of swim bottoms on so it took a while but we finally got her naked. It was fun. And my wife enjoyed the beach volleyball each day. Staff played the guests.

Oh yes! The Human Sundae competition was a blast. 3 ladies lie down and their respective partners 'decorate' them with piping bags of whipped cream, chocolate sauce and fruit, with a 3 minute time limit. Then everyone cheers for their favourite. Once a winner's chosen it's a free-for-all to get all the sticky stuff off...

We won, hubby really showed his skills (to the point where one of the entertainment team leaned in to me and whispered 'is he a professional chef? He's doing a really good job!').

Kinky darts is very funny! Imagine yourself trying to put the dart on the target while your wife is licking your dick. Or in the wife's turn, you are standing behind her, fondling her boobs with your dick between her buns. The positions go from the simpliest to the most complicated and erotic. Finally, the score doesn't matter!
At the beach, there is permanently a couple of boards for playing corn bag toss. We use to play after lunch, by ourselves or against other couple. The bets are challenges for do right there or later at the privacy of our room.

Also pool volleyball, sand volleyball, pool basketball get played too. Good way to meet others for different games later on.
