What are the rules for nudity in the Spa? Can you be nude in the front desk area of the spa? Is nudity allowed in the steam room, sauna and plunge pool? I am trying to wear clothes as little as possible while at DP.

We usually use the spa facilities each day after our day in the sun. We go back to our room and get our robes and wear them (and nothing else) to the spa. The front desk staff will most likely direct you both to use the men's side. We usually have the place to ourselves - and it's such a nice way to clean up after a day at the beach and then head back to the room for our nap before dinner.

We have not been nude when we walk into the reception area of the spa so I can't answer that part of your question.

Of course you can. The only places at DP where it's not posible being nude is in restaurants and in lobby during day hours.
For going to the SPA, both my wife and I use to wear only a pareo tied to the waist and nothing else. Once inside, as they said before, they send you to the men's area and are absolutely free to be naked.
