Hi everyone,

We were last at Pearl in 2014. We had also been there in 2012, and to Desire RM in 2008 & 2010.

There are things about Pearl that we just love... the pool, swim-up bar, hot tub, etc. But one thing about Pearl that we found clearly inferior to RM is the Playroom. Our question is, have they done anything to expand and improve the playroom at Pearl?

We know there was talk of doing something about it, but was anything ever carried out?

We love the playroom at RM, and even Hedo has a really nice play area now. We really hope something has been done or will be done with the pretty lame attempt at a playroom that Pearl has.

Wish I had some exciting news but.... same old play room at Pearl, only change we could see was the curtain/door is now see through guess so people can watch from bar so now it's even louder inside.
Not sure what's in the room off the dance floor maybe they could do something there, all we can do is hope!

Yes the Sin room at Pearl use to be a hot spot for us while we were there. When it had the drape that wasn't see through there was more of a sound wall but most of all if people came in they would get naked and do the same thing your there for. Now every one just stands outside in the bar and waits for someone to go it so they can watch. Now we like to be watched but it seems like that swingers club at home where all the singles guys just stare at you and it creeps my wife out. Please bring back the heavy curtain and maybe more people will go in there. Just a thought.

We are going the 2nd time to Pearl in a few weeks. The last time we were there 3 years ago we didn't see anyone using the playroom. One night we tried to go in there after the show but the performers were using it as their changing room. This kind of dampened the whole atmosphere of the place. So wife refused to return to playroom.

So if the playroom has not seen any updates since, is it well used at all by anyone or do people just venture to the Jacuzzi instead?

We were there a few weeks ago and were disappointed in that the playroom had zero use over the course of five nights. Last summer we visited Pearl and saw the room being used each night. We enjoy sex alongside other couples and were anxious to try the playroom this year. Sadly no opportunities presented themselves in the playroom as the disco emptied out pretty early.

Along these same lines, in 2015 there seemed to be indoor functions in the disco area (erotic massage class, pole dancing class) these were a blast and created great interaction with other people. None of these things existed this year. I asked someone and he mentioned it had to do with the high turnover rate of the staff.

Still an awesome time, but I hope these things change a bit.

Thanks Moon. Hope they bring back the erotic massage class. I was kind of looking forward to it and hear that it's an erotic experience.

We've been to Pearl numerous times, and never seen anyone in the playroom...period. That's not a complaint...I just think there are better places to do that stuff at Pearl. The hot tub is like no other, so that's where people go. Heading to RM for the first time this Winter, so we are interested to see the comparison with the smaller hot tub and better play room. We'll be sure to report back with our opinion.

We have seen the Playroom empty as well as packed, standing room only. As with every other vibe at Pearl, it all depends on the crowd.

A few times we have been the first (only) ones in the playroom enjoying ourselves but it didn't take long for others' to join in. Why not start the trend??

Same thing at DRM mind you.
At least on a couple of occasions people walked in and out of there with nobody in it.
We grabbed a bed, next thing you know the place is packed (and it's not because we're hot lol)
It might be that most people don't want to be the first perv in there

interesting, we love pearl and rm. the rm play room at RM is bigger and more private, the jacuzzi at Pearl is awesome... so that dynamic is different at both. we will have to check out the pearl playroom because frankly its so small and immediate vs rm...

Love the Sin Room at DRM. Have used it frequently in our previous trips. Headed to Pearl for the first time in a little over a month. Will have to see what it is like. Sure we will find someplace to enjoy!!

So? What is your take on this?

Got back this past Sunday from 8 wonderful days and nights at Pearl. After a few dances in the disco our first night, went looking for the Sin Room. Took one look (small and empty) and headed for the hot tub beds. Also enjoyed the raised areas in the hot tub several times. Understand why the Sin Room at Pearl does not get much use!

We've been in the sin room at Pearl when it was standing room only, every night. So people would play on the high sitting area just outside the door.

Totally agree depends on the crowd...been there when its quiet and other times its quite busy...we both love the swing ....its a lot of fun
