So this will be our first visit to Pearl in the Fall. Both my wife and I are big fans of the NFL. Are there any public areas at the resort to catch up on the games? We don't want to spend our vacation cooked up in the room watching games, but it might be nice to spend some time watching football with other fans.

Sorry but we've been 4 times and I can't say that I ever saw a TV on anywhere in a public area. I heard that there is one imbedded in the mirror on the wall at the lobby bar but can't say for sure. We had 2 in our room in August and didn't turn either one on in 9 days. There's lots to see that won't involve football

Thanks, we've been there before, just never in the Fall. No big deal if we miss a week of football.

Pretty easy to stay off the grid here, just DVR the relevant games and watch when you get home.

We were there last January on the day of the conference finals. I can confirm that there is a TV in the mirror on lobby bar. They had the games on at the bar and a handful of Broncos and Patriots fans watched the AFC game together there.

I don't know if that was special since it was the playoffs or if they have NFL games on tv there each week during the regular season.

We agree with barebuns that there are better things to look at while you are at Desire then football. Believe the best thing is to ask the resort by email.

I'm with you moon. we have been there in October and do not remember any games being on Sunday. We are heading back in late Septemeber. I hope to catch a game or 2, but don't think it is likely.

The ESPN games are the only ones I could find both at the lobby bar and our room..........You won't miss it and you can keep up via the internet. We're headed back again this November.
