Theme Nights

Postby yogacouple231 » Wed Sep 07, 2016 10:26 am

We are newbies to Desire … our only CO resort experience has been at Caliente. We were curious about the theme nights… are they set? Meaning will the theme nights they have posted for this week be the same they have for next week? Is there good participation from the males or is it typical, and mostly the women dressed in theme and the men do not?

Should we make dinner reservations?

Thanks in advance and we looking forward to meeting everyone ;)

If you have something in theme to wear, go for it! Women enjoy men's sexy outfits, too. A simple animal print loincloth will suffice on animal night.

We're near the realistic answer. Most women fit with the night theme, comparing to men. Probably 25 to 50% of men try to fit Something with respect to the night theme, the proportions depending on the crowd present and on the night theme (easier for men to follow Dress to impress or Glow Party than Naughty School ! I confirm (I'm a man) that being in night theme help start some discussion with women who appreciate the effort made, knowing that it is not always easy for men to fit some themes. But you won't be out and not alone if you're not in the theme.

For the restaurant, I don't know the rules at Pearl but at DRM, reservation will assure you that you will have a seat at the hour you want. But it's almost always possible to take arrangement if you speak well and have some money in your pocket!

Theme nights are always good for one calendar year, except in some special nights such as Christmas..,

At Pearl, although there are only 2 restaurants, you normally do not need to reserve a table. But there are times that you may have to wait for a while, when the hotel is near a full house. If you have a bigger group of guests then better to make a reservation. Restaurant Pearl has more guests than Aphrodite in the evening, guess that many people don't want to spend all 3 meals in the same restaurant, every day.

For jade which opens only a few days a week and is smaller, better make a reservation whenever possible. All meals at every restaurant are very good.

My Wife and I were just there at the end of August for our first time . It seemed like most all the women dressed in theme .Maybe 50 per cent of the men . My wife and I did every night . Its a little harder for the men but I came as close as I could . The entire place is all about spending time with each other and sharing in the fun and excitement .Daytime pool activities , afternoon hot tub , dinner ,disco, hot tub beds .....Do it all. That's what your there for . Only one weekend night we had to wait for dinner at the main restaurant .We opted to go to the buffet at the restaurant by the pool .Both have great food . Or just go to the lobby bar and drink some more until a table is ready . Any way you do it you will have the time of your life . The place is addicting . We already have reservations for next year.

How far in advance do you buy your outfits for theme nights. We go May 2017 and there is a disclaimer these could change. I'm curious because I'll be doing most of my purchasing online.

I would wait until the first of the year. They will post the new themes then and you can start your shopping.
