I read on some other entry that day use of the spa/sauna is free. Is this correct? We would love the sauna and ice bath.

I dont know about the ice bath but the sauna and steam room is open to all guests during the day.

Thx micouple. We hope the ice bath is as well. What about the co-ed aspect.....is it all one open facility or are their his and her sides?

There are his and her sides except they are both his and hers which makes using the bathroom slightly ackward.
