How do you make dinner reservations before you arrive? The hotel told me it's not possible.

The only dinner reservations you can make are for the Gastro Pub, & you can do that the day you arrive. Our Baggage attendant called from our room as soon as we ere able to get in & reserved for us.

It can be difficult to make reservations during peak times.

Usually first sittings are around 6:30 pm - reservations are on a first come first served basis - be aware that the popular dinning times 7:30 to 8:30 do fill up quickly
