According to the site...no dinner reservations required at any of the restaurants. But does this mean they don't take them? If so can you make them in advance of your arrival...if so how?

The only restaurant at Desire Pearl where dinner reservations are available is the new gastropub. Reservations are not required there, but are recommended because seating is very limited.
