Theme nights at Pearl change effective when?

We are heading to Pearl next week and the website shows new theme nights for 2017 (e.g. no more Desire University, add tape night, etc.) Are these effective immediately or should we still bring items suitable to the previous themes? Some overlap (uniform) but others (Playboy mansion) do not. Thanks for any info!

It says there is a 007 theme night for NYE:

December 31st: Live Band, Show, New Year’s Dinner Gala, Free Stay Raffle, Games, Contests & Loads of Surprises

So for those that have been to Pearl in January, are they using the 2017 themes or are they using something different for ISM month.

Also, for me (him) I got ideas for Havana Nights and probably BDSM, but what about Burlesque night. "Gangster Wear"? Black suit/shirt and white tie, this is hot and humid Mexico.

For Burlesque night where she wore a corset I went with gangster wear, but I was lower in the mob hierarchy so no suit/shirt/tie for me.
