Hi everyone,

I know that most of the visitors to Pearl are from the US but how about Asians e.g. Koreans, Japanese , Chinese, etc.?
The reason I asked is that we are a couple from Hong Kong of Chinese descent, and we are really worried that we might feel out of place or discriminated due to our skin colour?

We are not a LS couple but do enjoy having fun outdoors and looking to explore!

You have absolutely nothing to worry about at Desire, can't say it any plainer than that, can pretty much guarantee it will be the best group of people you ever hung out with, at least that's been our experience.

We met a wonderful Asian couple on our first trip to Desire Pearl. This isn't something you need to be concerned about.

You will have a great time.

I'm relieved to hear all the positive comments here! I'll tell my wifey not to worry and just relax and enjoy the stay!

I just wanted to say I love Hong Kong. I was there on business a few years ago and I'm taking the family there on vacation in March. I'm VERY unhappy that the Ngong Ping cable cars are going to be down to replace the cables while we're there.

We'll be missing you at Desire by a week. That's too bad!

But you'll have a blast. Enjoy it!! Like everyone else said, it's nothing to worry about.

In fact... You might actually get MORE attention because you're from the other side of the world. Everyone tends to get into conversation at Desire, and you're going to have a really cool story to tell.

I would be shocked if you had any problem at all. And I agree with the post above, you might even get more attention because the crowd is more from the western hemisphere than anywhere else.

You're going to have a lot of fun!

Yes, the Ngong Ping cable car is closed for maintenance but if you wish to visit Ngong Ping for the Big Buddha, you will still be able to get up there by bus or taxi.

Absolutely no worries. We can tell you first hand you will blend in. Just go and enjoy yourselves.

we are pretty new to clothing optional/lifestyle resorts but we can't imagine there being any issue for you. For one thing, people who visit such resorts have to be fairly opened minded I would say, right? So that is a big plus. Second, just be yourself. Third, mix and mingle, enjoy. And lastly if you both are the people in the pic on here, you are both very attractive and people are going to want to make friends with you I would say lol. Have fun!
