We did the sensual photoshoot with Senses Photo, the company at Desire Pearl that does them. It was our third photoshoot in six trips! Having taken our pictures at the usual spots like the disco, the room, the pier we had to get a little creative this time around. We did some at the jacuzzi (it was ten am lol!) and some around the property. Jahel the photographer really put her heart and soul into the effort. She had ideas, suggestions for poses, clothes so on and so forth. We spent three hours in all.

The best part of the deal is that you can walk away without buying a single picture if you do not like them. She did an amazing job of presenting them to us the next day (for some friends who needed them sooner she even did a turn around in four hours!). They were amazing to say the least. We ended up buying forty of them and they will even threw in an album which was so classy.

Our two cents folks -- whatever your demographic, dont feel shy to try the photoshoot. It is fun and the results are awesome!

For sure. We've done it twice and love it.

I wanted to make a post about the intimate photo shoot that we did on our first trip to Pearl. It was well worth the time and the money for us. We got some of the best photos we have ever taken and you can take anything from shots on the beach and gazebo to intimate photos in your room and even more X rated photos if you so desire. We did some intimate and a lot of scenery pics and it was fabulous. We went to the VIP breakfast and had coupons for the photo book and then purchased 35 photos for about $550 dollars. She worked with us for well over 3 hours, we had 7-8 outfit changes and 4-5 locations and then she worked with us to pic out the most beautiful and stunning pictures we have ever taken. If given the opportunity to take advantage of the Sense photography I highly recommend it.

We also just returned from our first trip to Desire Pearl and the sensual photoshoot with JAHEL was definitely a highlight of our trip. JAHEL is an amazing photographer and she made us feel so comfortable throughout the entire process. We originally did not plan to purchase a "package" due to the expected cost, but after completing our ~3 hour photo session, which included our room, the pier, beach and disco we knew it was going to be difficult to not purchase A LOT of the pictures. We had planned to apply our "membership meeting" coupon book towards the free purchase of a small photo book; think it would have been ~20 photos; however, if you are like us and have over 90 photo's including both family friendly, erotic and sexy, a package purchase might be the best option. We kind of considered this our special 26th anniversary gift and completely worth the price for us to have very unique, high quality photo's...a real keepsake for us. We posted one of the "family friendly" photo's and people are amazed at the composition and quality of the picture....makes a couple of 50 year old's look really good! For your info & planning; our photo process required 3 days to complete; one day for the photo session; another day to meet with JAHEL and review the pictures & make selections; a final day to pickup picture books, etc.... Our final photo package included two books; one family friendly; one sexy; a 20x24 canvas; a multi-media presentation file and a USB with original copies of all our pictures. You can "pm" us if you want a little more specific costs. Lastly, I would recommend you schedule your photo session after you have had a plenty of time to recover from your travel....a 3 hour photo session is tiring and it helps if you are rested and motivated to have fun together throughout the process. If you are hesitant at all regarding the erotic photo's, recommend you meet with JAHEL....she possesses a unique gift for connecting with couples, making the process amazing and taking special photo's you will treasure forever....

You used to be able to book it ahead of time (we did), but it's been said on these boards recently that they don't allow that anymore. Though I don't have personal experience with not be allowed to.

I think part of the concern was booking shoots for the day of arrival and then travel issues causing people to miss, etc.

When we did it, I booked ahead of time for 5 or 6 hours after our arrival and they pushed back fairly hard because they were worried something might delay our arrival.

We booked upon arrival....Jahel commented her schedule really varies week to week. M&C

We called to book ahead of time for our trip in late January. We were told we could only book upon arrival and not before. Not a problem for us since we had 6 days there but she can get busy during the weekends. Tip - if you want shots at the Jacuzzi area, you will have to book for a morning shoot as she can not take her camera to the jacuzzi area after 1 PM.

Also, be ready to see some of the most amazing results. We went in thinking we would get just a few of the individual shots. Impossible to do because we liked so many of them so we purchased one of the packages.

Adding a 5 star recommendation for Jahel. We did a 3 location shoot - bedroom, nightclub and beach- the results were amazing. She was patient, enthusiastic and fun to work with. We ended up spending way more than we expected but the results are something we'll smile about forever. You miss 100% of the shots you don't take, this is one not to miss!

I really don't want to spend the extra money but they said to get the best results from the shoot that they highly recommend it to assure your pictures turn out the best they can.

We are mid-40's, in decent shape and think we look younger than we are :-)

Most people I know that did the photoshoot (myself included) did their own hair and make-up and the pictures turned out great. You will surely have fun! Feel free to PM me if you had more questions ..

Save the money on the makeup session and spend it on more photos. Unless you are really looking for that "all out experience" to see what others would do for your makeup and hair. Wife did her own and we were super happy with the shots. Spent way more on getting pictures than we planned going in...they were that good.
