Question for the veterans:
Could you list which games they play at the pool ?
I've been at Temptations and games were sexy but I bet in Pearl will be even more hot.

From the first times we can’t forget “69”, which was a kind of “game of chairs”, where women danced naked around men lying on the floor. When the music stopped, the girls should take place on men in a “69” position –not necessarily with real contact, but near--. Being one men less than women (as in the chairs game) the reaction should be quick, so it was difficult ending with your S/O. The girl couldn’t find a couple was eliminated. My wife and I participated and had lots of fun, even she didn’t win.
They used to organize “Mr. Desire”, where men should make some dares, most of them involving their spouses. One of the dares was “fastest erection”, where girls should provoke a complete erection of their partner without touching them. I, who am very excitable, had trouble for reach a “woody”, due the nerves of the moment.
Note: those were at DRM in May and Sep, 2003.

We have spent quite a bit of time at Temptations so I know what you mean about the 'sexy' pool games there. You really can't compare it to Pearl for a number of reasons though.

First, much of the focus on the pool games at TTR is to try to get people naked. Collecting as many bathing suits as possible, convincing people to do belly flops naked, etc. At Pearl most of the people don't have clothes on so there really isn't any point to that.

Second, TTR has singles so it has more of a spring break atmosphere.

Third, there are way more people at or in the pool at TTR. Definitely a different vibe.

JJ and Sara 69 used to do such a good job of working the pool and they used a lot of profanity which- at TTR- was perfect but isn't really appropriate for Pearl. Different crowd. Different ambience. At TTR it is all about trying to make things sexy. At Pearl it already is.

They do Kinky Darts and Human Sundae on the pool deck. Tequila volleyball as well. Other than that I can't think of any other pool games that would be even close to what you have seen at TTR. Both places have foam parties but, of course, at Pearl it is mostly naked.

I guess the real 'pool games' are what happens in the Jacuzzi after 4 p.m. and again towards midnight. There is nothing at TTR that is even close...

I understand the atmosphere is different compared to Temptation , I was just curious to know what they do to entertain the couples during the day waiting for the sunset time where I understood the sexy fun starts.

They have a water basketball and a tequila Volleyball one at 12 y the volleyball at 3. Usually after the game everybody start migrating to the Jacuzzi, also they have a few games in between that keep people entertained

When we were at Pearl we found the pool activities to be just about right as far as not too much and not too little. They generally have music and allow the folks to relax for the majority of the day at the pool. They played water polo volleyball in the pool sprinkled in with some "contests" but it wasnt non stop action like it seemed to be when we were at Temptation. If you need to find something to occupy your time, head to the swim up bar and start chatting with people. With how interesting the people are at Desire resorts, the time flies when you getting to know the other guests.

I also should add that I think the sexy fun starts a lot earlier than when everyone heads to the jacuzzi at 4. The whole scene at the Pearl pool is sexy and if you dont think so, start your own sexiness. body shots, etc. Even if you are there for a longer vacation, the time is too short to wait for the sexy. I think someone said once, "be the sexy you want to see in the world". Or maybe no one said that and it originally was about changing the world, but whatever.

Perfectly stated, this is exactly how we feel as well.

More sage advice, took us a bit to learn this initially but this is so true.

It seems ridiculous to ask this, given that we won prizes for participating in it last trip, but can someone provide a description of Sexy Darts? We were the only couple who volunteered, so we won by default, but don't fully understand what we missed out on doing!

You play as a couple. You are put in sexual positions and one person tries to hit the dart board with the darts. Like male lying on his back with female in reverse cowgirl position or male standing up with female kneeling in front of him... needless to say many darts don't hit the board and some end up in the foliage.

Oh... usually Charlie runs the game and he keeps the scores. Couple with the highest score wins. Usually the prize is something like a hat or a tshirt. Most of the weeks that we have been at Pearl there are five or six couples playing... enthusiastically.

Maybe bringing a deck of "truth or dare" cards could help to break the ice or the jacuzzi is the place for that?

Games in early March were ok. Favs were the casino (ps Charlie cheats at blackjack--just saying) in the pool, and the human sundae! They definitely could use some more "sexy" games in addition to all of the sports. We were never bored and barely ever sat in our chairs so do NOT stress about those.

We ladies made our own "game" at the hot tub one afternoon...lined up and kept quiet and let our husbands try to guess which boobs were ours! Can I just say that my husband was wrong haha! No worries--and it was a blast. Quite the icebreaker!
