Hi!
My question is what is your favorite drink at Pearl and who makes it? One of my favorites was the Singapore Sling. The guy st the jacuzzi made the best. I think his name was Rich..Rick? Emilio makes great Bloody Mary's.

Love Singapore Slings. Old favorite from the 70's! At Pearl, try the Bubble Mango at poolside. They are sweet and refreshing. Stick with body shots at the jacuzzi. They are a great ice breaker and delicious.

Anybody ever get a "key lime pie" at Pearl? I guess there are a lot of recipe variations, but the one we had in Miami last month was Absolute Citron Vodka, Liquor 43, key lime juice and wedge, and half-and-half. What caught my attention was Liquor 43 and half-and-half, exactly the "Mini Beers" at the Jacuzzi bar at Pearl that Jay introduced us to, then add lemon and lime. I suppose they don't have actual Key limes at Pearl, but hey, I'm not picky.

Frozen Mojito.

Monkey sperm in the lobby bar is a must while you are there. I do agree that the frozen mojitos are awesome.
