Mexico Independence Day and theme nights

We are visiting Desire Pearl for the first time this week and are planning our outfits for the theme nights. We will be this Saturday (Sept 16), which is Independence Day. Should we expect the normal nautical theme night or something different for the holiday?

At Rivera Maya they celebrate it on the 15th. Check the Website for Pearl it will list what they are doing there
