Airport Transfers

We booked our trip back in April and we arrive in less than a month. At the time of booking, we reserved round trip shuttle service at the same time through the resort. We got a confirmation email (with a #) telling us we'd be getting a voucher email soon, but we haven't received anything else since then. Should we be worried?

I would just email the front desk. front.pearl@desireresorts.com. No need to worry, but they should be able to confirm for you.

If you booked through the resort, it may be with All Do Tours. Their website is alldotours.com.mx, email is contactus @ alldotours.com.mx. That is who we always get.

FYI - alldotours as of Sept 2017 is no longer the resort default transportation provider

Thanks everyone. I called the resort and after being on hold for about a minute, maybe 90 seconds, the rep came on and had everything good to go. I mean, that is customer service. I got the vouchers and the quick version on how to navigate the airport and dodge all of the drivers who will try to get our business.
