Second floor restaurant?

We're back for our second visit in about a month...noticed on the website that the "reservations" restaurant on the second floor overlooking the ocean isn't listed. Have they done away with it? The night we arrive there's a full moon so we were hoping to get a dinner reservation there and enjoy the view (and enjoy it again from the beach beds later on!) :D

We were there in January, it was still there and the food was very good.

It is still there and running but not open every night. I think one night it is closed and usually they have a night for members dinner. The service there is very attentive. The one drawback we found is that while they do grill the beef there, it can be over done. We were a bit disappointed in that each time. But make reservations early upon arrival to be sure to get a spot. The flaming dessert is a real show and treat!

Thanks! I'll see if I can snag a reservation a few days before we arrive.

On a similar note about dinner reservations in general: we’re also making our first trip next week. Is there any point or need to make dinner reservations a week ahead of time? Would we be running late to make reservations after we arrived?

Thanks!

The only restaurant that takes reservations is Unik (Gastrobar above Aphrodite) and you can make a reservation day before easily at breakfast. You may even be able to get a same day reservation if you’re flexible on time. I recommend you try it though, the food and service there is excellent.

It might be listed on the web site as "Jade". the old name. We have a butler, so he makes reservations for our small group.
