For those folks who have stayed in the Penthouse suites or visited, can you recommend which one (room # or bldg #) has the best ocean views? We are arriving in November 2018 and would like to put in a request to reservations. I do realize that some have more steps than others and that is not an issue. Thank you!

We stayed in #7 in the crab building. It had an excellent view of the ocean,jacuzzi and the pool. I don't know if you get a better view than what we had.

We have stayed in 7 and 18, both have fantastic views and as noted above it's very well situated to get a view of the pool, Jacuzzi and ocean....plus it's central to the restaurants, etc.

We always request 7 first, then 18......our 2 cents!

According to Rudy, the best views are in the farthest building (in the 80's room number). Totally unobstructed view of the ocean. You have to walk a little farther to get everywhere (not that Pearl is big...), but it is worth it. We have had #7, and it is nice, but it overlooks the restaurant roof.

Agreed on the unobstructed view from the farthest building and that was the OP's question. One thing that was great was the random party for 20+ people we had on two separate occasions all from a friend seeing us on the patio from the jacuzzi....they saw us and said we're coming up. Anyway, can't really go wrong with any of them.

BTW - Rudy, Jerry and the other butlers do a great job accommodating situations like that by bringing up food, wine, ice and mixers as needed.
