Don't hold your breath. We have all complained about the music for years, and nothing has changed. Lip service.

Nothing new to add to this discussion - just wanted to support any efforts for better music at Pearl.

We love to dance and flirt - and the music is just...mehhhh.... and the same almost every night.

Just returned from 6 nights at Pearl, regrettable music in disco remains sub par, coming out of the entertainment show they do a good job of getting the dance floor filled with people as the Playmakers corral everyone and stay to dance for few minutes, as they leave however DJ tends to flow into more wedding reception music rather sexy disco vibe, AC/DC, Bob Seager, KC and Sunshine Band, Bon Jovi one night which resulted in empty disco. I enjoy those musicians but not conducive to the atmosphere. If they would use the daytime pool playlist it would be an improvement, we surmise the disco DJ may be someones son or cousin, how else can he continue to have that job or worse yet they actually want everyone to leave the disco so they can wrap up their long day...

:L :L :L it's almost as if the resort doesn't want people in the lobby/ disco area too long...its really an easy fix !!! I think on our next trip in November, I'm gonna recruit a DJ from cancun for 9 days lol
