Hello. My husband and I will be at Pearl and I was wondering if there was a coffee shop on premises. We like to have a cup of coffee and a small bite, like a pastry or toast, first thing in the morning, prior to a run on the beach. Then after the run we clean up and are ready for breakfast. Is there an option like this? Also, how is the coffee in the room? I am thinking about bringing my portable coffee maker and supplies to make sure I can get a good cup first thing in the morning. This will be our first time at Desire and we are excited. Thanks. Tami

The lobby bar has fresh ground freshly made coffee in mornings

The lobby baris open 24/7 and has excellent fresh ground and brewed coffee. Try a carajillo, espresso and liquor 43. That will get your engines started!

Room service is a great option. I also like to talk a walk to the buffet restaurant early and bring back coffees for the room but for the small $10 fee, room service breakfast is great!

I would just go into Aphrodite and grab an espresso/cappuccino and a pastry off the buffet. It is all there.

Breakfast starts in Aphrodite @ 7:00am. I see a number of people taking items back to the room.

Thank you. We are so excited, tomorrow we arrive at Desires Pearl. I decided to bring my own mini kcup maker with my favorite kcups and creamer. I really like to wake up and have a cup of coffee on the balcony before facing the day, without having to get dressed, brush my hair, etc.

Big question is...... do I have to dress to go get my/our coffee? We both just love our neiki coffee!

Yes coverup and shoes if you go to the Aphrodite, may get away with just coverup at lobby. Juan at the lobby bar is great.

Last time at DP, we ordered room service for breakfast early one morning. They came and set up our breakfast on the balcony. It was great, and yes we were naked.

My husband and I were there recently. I wasn't taking any chances with my morning coffee. I really love to have a cup as soon as I get up, on the balcony. I don't like to get dressed and go out to the lobby to get the coffee, then come back. I know, I'm spoiled. LOL. So I brought a mini travel kurig style coffee maker and the coffee pods, creamers, and sugar with me. It was the best decision. My husband was usually up before me. As soon as I woke up, he made my coffee and handed it to me before I even got out of bed. It was worth bringing the coffee maker 100%.
