Express check in question

We just got our express check in email. This year it's asking for a City Code (above our phone number) I've tried everything I can think of.... any ideas what to put here?

I think that is where they want you to put your phone number's area code...best guess anyway.

Can you leave it blank. I found this site doing a search and looks like other countries have city codes, but not the US.

From what I've read while calling from Cancun to the US the code is 001.
