My wife and I are planning on a trip to Pearl next year. We have been before in early June and enjoyed that time of year. Any strong suggestions for other times of the year that would be the best time to come regarding rates, weather, events, etc?

Any time at Desire is better than not being there !!!!!

FYI
- High Season rates are Dec 25th to April 30th
- Low Season rates are May 1st to Dec 24th
- Coldest times are typically mid January to Early March
- Warmest times are typically mid July to end of Aug.
- Rainiest month is typically June
- Hurricane season officially runs June 1st until Nov. 30
- Highest occupancy times are typically - NYE, Valentines Day, July 4th, Halloween and during group events/takeovers

Although they say the resort has not had a direct hurricane hit for years, we try to avoid the highest hurricane time (August & September). A few years ago, we left the morning one (Hurricane Bob) came through and went to Texas. I think that it is the reason the resort allows a third person (female only) to be there in August.
