If I booked my trip directly with Desire and added transfers,who will I be looking for when I get out of the airport?

Fairly obvious, If you booked transportation thru Desire contact Desire for airport pickup info ...

I did and have received no response which is why I posed the question here. I figured someone must have used their transfers and knew who it was through.

We have used them several times. You will look for a driver holding a board with your name on it. They are usually standing to the left when you exit the airport.

We have booked transportation to the resort on each of our trips. We have always received a voucher which details all your arrival information, airline, flight number arrival time, etc, The voucher also details the name of the transfer company. We are visiting in early December and the resort has arranged our transportation service for this trip with USA Transfers. Previous trips were through Aventour, again arranged by the resort.

This doesn't directly answer your question, but it may help. We use USA Transfers. They are unbelievable! Cheap, courteous and prompt every time. You can book online, they have an app that gives updates. Highly recommend.
