Thinking of going for our first time this upcoming year to Pearl and have been trying to find Menus or example menus of the restaurants, Sort of picky just making sure they will have some things ill eat.

Why not ask someone who is going down there in a few days/weeks to photograph the menus (they're posted outside sometimes) and email them to you...

If it helps, my wife just orders what she wants and they get it for her. She almost never orders off the menu. And, consistent with the service at Pearl, every restaurant/server seems to really enjoy putting a special dish together for her. The chef even brought a special order out to her one night. And, as a bonus, there are naked people walking around. Great place!

Well that's good to hear at least...

I think the menus are just a suggestion. They will make you whatever you want if they have it.
