Actually, the wall facing the pool is going to be the most over engineered wall in history. The other 3 may get done someday.
To your question, when we were there end of April some guests caught (and took a picture of) a worker taking photos towards the jacuzzi. They showed the photo to management and evidently the issue was immediately resolved. I believe the worker was terminated on the spot.

Suki's still at the temporary location. They did a good job considering it's just for the time being and food was excellent!
The construction where the new Suki will be is basically done from the outside, so there is no noise nor uncomfortable stares from there...
We stayed at the PH-18 which is at the first building across from the back end of Pearl restaurant. No noise there from the constructions. Didn't wonder around the quite pool so didn't see anything on that end...
