Just got back yesterday, June 12, the new Suki opened June 10, the food was the same as in the temporary room. The foods was great, very nice looking room/facility. There is a new bathroom where the old kitchen use to be for the Unik. Tables for 46-50 , and has 2 separate private wine tasting/Dining rooms. I will be posting pics and the menu shortly.

They still have the portable outdoor grill for lunch and the indoor grill for breakfast. Where the afternoon snacks were is now the pizza oven. They had not turned it on before we left. looking forward to some great pizzas we hope.

Suki opened in it's new location Monday evening. We were there for the opening. The space is elegant. It is set up with tables of 2/4/6 for a total of 36. They can add chairs to the 2 tops to accommodate 4 people if need be, adding an additional 12 seats.

The construction of the mansion does not seem to be having any effect on day to day fun.

Is Suki only al a carte? Are there hibachi tables? Hopefully not reservation only. Hate to see an extension of the silly process at Pearl.

Suki is a la carte, just like Pearl and Aphrodite. There are no hibachi tables. To reiterate what Emptynesters said, “it’s an elegant space.” We ate there last night and it was excellent. We thought the reservations were going to be pain, but they make sense. Now that the average occupancy has vastly increased, neither Pearl nor Suki has the kitchen capacity to handle an onslaught of diners at any given time. The wait times for food has really improved because of the reservations.

Got some help from cokemann so hopefully these new pics will post properly.

Posting a few photos of the construction at Pearl so everyone can see the progress. These were taken June 12th. The playmakers new residence is completed, they moved in the first week of June. Suki is completed, first meal served June 9th. Mansion is well underway, walls up on the 3rd floor.

Thanks for the pictures. Is the pizza oven really as small as it appears?

Was there last week - pizza oven is quite large in my opinion. I'm not really up on pizza oven logistics but I suspect it may appear small due to the angle of the photo.

That was my hope, that the angle made it appear smaller. Looks like a 1 pizza at a time size from the shot which seemed ridiculous. Thanks.

Yes it is larger than the picture shows. I am guessing the opening to the oven is 18-20" across at the bottom. They are using gas to heat the oven. Not enough room inside to have it wood fired. You can see the flue stack in the Suki picture.

So are they doing late night pizzas here with the pizza oven now? The location/vibe would make a lot of sense. If so, do they set up a bar to accompany it?

This is one thing that Pearl is missing, and that is the late night socializing over pizza and drinks. If they can get that going at Pearl that'd be awesome.

Regarding the pizza oven, it is slightly larger than the one I have in my backyard. Mine is a hybrid, using both wood and gas (wood is the main driver but the back wall provides a secondary cooking surface and helps maintain the heat. The internal size is big enough to accommodate one small pizza at a time. That might not seem like much but the pizza cooks in under 90 seconds. I would expect about the same from the pizza oven as long as they can get it up to 800 degrees.
