Hi all! We’re booked for our first trip to Pearl after many trips to RM. Our question is if a butler comes with a master suite or only with the master suite with a plunge pool (and penthouse) categories? We loved having a butler at RM, but aren’t really interested in the plunge pool and would prefer a 2nd floor room where we have the best ocean view. We’re also wondering which room would give us the best ocean view yet quiet for when we want to sleep. Just planning ahead for express checkin.

If you want ocean view, may want to stay away from the Master with plunge as only 2 of the 5 have ocean view. 2 of them are behind the jacuzzi bar and you hear the music and no chance of a breeze.

It woulds like the quiet side isn't so quiet right now with the construction over there. Make sure to check on completion date so you're not stuck with that.

Also, we had a Master Sweet a couple of years ago, but no Butler. Not sure if they've added this recently, we didn't ask the right questions, or if we got hosed....hmmm.

That's what we had read, so we didn't opt for the plunge pool. We love the ocean breezes, so good to know!

From what we have read, the construction on the mansion won't be completed by August. We just don't want a repeat performance of our last RM trip when our room was right next to the two-story villas with a shared plunge pool. Those rock stars partied until 4am every night and one guy had the loudest voice . We like our sleep, even if it's just a few solid hours. We'll check out the room map again versus the construction site and progress.

Interesting that you didn't get a butler... maybe we'll email the resort but those answers always change.

We had master suite last 2 years and never had a butler. We are not members and we did not book through hotel. This year we did book through hotel for upcoming trip in Dec and while there are some perks - no mention of a butler. Not sure what a butler does anyway.

THE butler's take care all the things that we may forget while drinking! They make reservations for dinner more notably, arranged that special something in your room i.e., chocolate covered strawberries etc. They just really look after you during your stay. Truly a great team of Butlers at Pearl.
