Seaweed barrier
Posted: Sun May 12, 2019 10:08 amI read in another chat that they installed a seaweed barrier at RM. Can anyone confirm this at Pearl? That would be sa-weet!!!

RM did have a barrier out there but when we were there they were still scooping up some at RM.
There was no barrier at Pearl and they too were busy as always doing the daily clean up.

Ugh.
The WORST thing about Pearl.
I get it's not their fault, and I know most days they're working hard to clean it. But some days you can't even swim in the ocean just because it's too much floating around. I didn't know a seaweed barrier was a thing, especially something that would keep seaweed out but not harm the sealife.
Here's hoping Pearl does something about it soon. We arrive next Wednesday. Too bad they can't pull it off before then!!
