Is the current theme nights which are shown on the Desire website likely to change before then, or are we good to start planning based on what is advertised? Also, I assume the theme nights will begin after dinner?

The themes only change with the new year. A few people will wear their theme clothes to dinner. We don't. We(and by that I mean my wife) see dinner as an opportunity to wear something that can't be worn where we live. We tend to eat later, around 7:30-8:00pm. After dinner we change into our costume and head to the lobby area bar. The show typically starts between 10 and 10:30pm and lasts for 20-30 minutes. We might hang out a little after and dance but then we go ditch the clothes in the room and get naked for the hot tub.
