Takeover Week of Oct 17-23, 2022?

Does anyone know what takeover will be at Pearl Oct 17-23, 2022? We’d like to go back during that week, but Pearl shows no availability outside the Mansion.
We’re open to going with a takeover, but only if the group’s interests and demographics align with ours.

Wifey and I have been considering joining a group of like-aged funsters, who came of age in the rocking 70’s and 80’s, and who still think they’re hot, though it may only be a symptom of menopause. Who are the Sexy Silvers and how could I get info on them?

Can you please say how many "sexy singles" couples are going to be there during that week? I know you said that it is only a small group, but realistically my wife and I would prefer a younger crowd.
