So we had a pretty amazing time at Desire Pearl.

Highlights:
1. The staff was almost uniformly pleasant and helpful!
2. The food was decent but uneven. Great dishes here and there but not consistent. But that was OK. BTW the decor in Pearl was so fun!
3. 90% naked and alot of friendly people. The guy with the mug that said "I'm just here to f**k someone's wife" and the guy being led by his wife by his cock back to their room were fun highlights ... among so many more.
4. We were flirting with "dirty vanilla" throughout. Loooved having public sex on the jacuzzi canopy beds and in the playroom. In the playroom, locked eyes with a hot woman getting oral as I mounted my girlfirend from behind. We had a f**king intense erotic moment from across the room! So hot.
5. Ran into the most wonderul swinger couples. So friendly and fun. We ended up over our heads in a friendly full swap with two couples before I tapped out. My body was telling me it wasn't for me and I listened to it. But they were so kind and pleasant and gave me kudos for self awareness. And then we hung with them later and exchanged #'s
6. Got off the resort for some local horseback riding with a really great company ... Rancho Baaxal ... and it was so fun. A nice break.

What's not so awesome
1. The "playmakers" are just not our thing and Pearl is too small to get away from them. We wanted to hear the ocean and feel the wind on our naked bodies ... not generic techno crap and silly games. Just our preference. This is a high end pricetag resort and the playmaking feels cheesey and low rent IMHO.
2. One absolute asshole verbally assaulted my girlfriend in the first hour. I left her in the jacuzzi for 5 mins to get something from the room and this drunken lout asked her if she was a whore! Pretty traumatic and had to do some serious relationship repair. And I'll never put her in that position again.
3. The Pearl playroom is small! Just one big couch that wrapped around the rooms. Hot but not as expansive as RM according to my GF.
4. Beach sex - on our list - was off the table due to security constantly lurking. A shame. Know it's not kosher but hey, we all love to push the boundaries a little, right?

It was intense! Not sure I need to go back but wow what a life experience. Super happy we went. And made my GF and I closer than ever.

If you think the Playmakers at Pearl are intrusive, do not go to RM!

But we agree, way too much yapping and monopolizing a microphone. We all just want to have good a good playlist, chat it up with others, and drink! I appreciate the dirty darts, the water polo, the pool casino games to break up the day. I don't need 45-minutes of "Guess the Couple" and no music.
