Desire Pearl vs Desire RM

Hubby and I are planning a Desire trip, but we are conflicted on which resort to choice. Can I get some reviews from couples who have been to both resorts?

Whatever you decide you won't be disappointed. Quick comparison? RM for the party, Pearl for the luxury. You choose !

Had a great time in both locations. But found it easier to connect with other people at Pearl: we felt more at ease, there is less promiscuity, more time to establish a connection. We have been only twice at Pearl, once at Desire RM, so it may have been occasion specific. As we are trained as scientists, we will gather more observations to make sure that these conclusions are not overly influenced by stochastic variations...
