Yeah, I think this story is bogus.

The first one we got, I had the towel over my eyes, which I did not like. The next time I explained to my masseuse that I was a "visual" person and I didn't like having my eyes covered. Since then, I never have my eyes covered up. If you tell them up front, you don't want to have your eyes covered, they won't do it.

Also had one last week -- and inspired by this thread, all I did was ask to keep the towel off, and she did. No issue. Nothing bogus about it. Wish I had remembered to ask for 3-on-1 time. The 2-on-1 was hot, but not long enough. Could've requested that part be longer.

not bogus, we did it a pearl and very accurate. our next trip in Jan 2023, we hope to engage another couple for mutual massages.
