Great update...very accurate since we were there the same time. Jeff and Lu. This was our third trip and BEST trip yet due to a great group of friends that we met.

Thanks for sharing! Our shower did the same thing as yours. I was hoping that it wasn't a normal problem, and that it was just because we were on the 5th floor. Does anyone know if that is a normal thing that we will just have to deal with every time we go? I also 2nd that Aphrodite needs to do something about cooling that place down some. We were sweating our tails off at some of our meals.

Great review, Heather. Melissa had to do the shower dance also. I didn't notice it so much in my bathroom though. Glad we got to meet you guys, even if it was just for a day.

Jason is crazy. Made me feel like I've known him for years.

It was great hanging out with you guys! Each trip to Pearl gets better and better.

The one negative thing I'll say about this trip, is the food was pretty bad. Twice Eileen had stomach issues, saying the food was way to salty. It was always "ok" in the past, this year we felt it to be below average. I agree the Gastropub is the best choice for dinner.

I'm sure we'll meet again soon.

We were there the week before you and agree with pretty much all you said. Our only complaint was that there wasn't more shade at the pool as one day we didn't get an umbrella and it was unbearable. Other than that it was a fantastic experience. At the time we were there, being in our late 30's we were one of the younger couples. I'd put the majority of couples between mid 40's to early 50's with plenty more getting older than that. Not really surprising as we have found locally that we tend to be on the younger side of the average age. Overall we had an amazing time and will probably try RM next trip to see if the crowd is a bit younger.

Interesting what you said about the unprotected sex though. We saw quite a lot of that too though it seemed like most of it was 2 couples parallel playing or soft swap. Of course we weren't paying enough attention to keep score on who was with who so who actually knows?
