Just back from our Happy Place - Feb. 2019

On this visit we reserved a Master Suite. Our room was excellent. It was great having a living room to unwind along with a second bathroom. We have stayed in Jr Suites and Ocean View rooms in the past and will spend the extra money for the MS going forward. We were assigned the Crab building and thought the location was perfect. Room was always clean and perfectly maintained. NOTE- The AC unit in the bedroom did not work as well as the living room area. Probably should have complained, but our last night was the worse.
The EC's have changed a bit since our visit last year-- But still great fun.
The Disco music....... It seems they have changed their DJ (THANK GOD) The music offerings were not the same night after night and we had fun dancing. There was one night where all Rock music was played (not our thing), so we just left.
Restaurants- It was told to us by other guests there have been numerous complains about the food quality. We had a bad dinner one night at Aphrodite (our first night)- But upon speaking with the new Food manager (Javier) he made the rest of our stay great. Had dinner in Pearl twice and Unik once. All excellent !! Especially our last night-- They put us in their private wine cellar room and it was just GREAT!
We did see a number of PDA's and even enjoyed ourselves in the Hot tub on two afternoons-- Nothing crazy but plenty to watch, if that is your thing. ALL the ladies were beautiful!!!
Finally- We thought the age group seemed to be in the 40-60 range (older than last year) -- Which is fine by us since we sit in the middle of that group.
We love visiting Pearl and all the adult fun that occurs and we will return.
