Are the Master suites that much nicer than the Junior suites?

We usually stay in the ocean view rooms with no complaints...they are sold out the week we are going so we are forced to upgrade

Also are any master suites around the pool?

Ground floor at the far end of the quiet pool has master suites with plunge pool. Last month we stayed second floor in that building, which was a master suite. Really nice, but not certain it’s worth the extra money or not... we had a great time when we stayed in an ocean view, too.

In the Seahorse villa, there are a couple of walk out rms right in frt of the pool which, I think, are Jr Suite rms. (32 & 33)

Only stayed in one once but was in a second. I'd say they aren't really nicer - just bigger. Two bathrooms, can be a plus but not really necessary for most people. The decor and overall look and feel seems the same to me. There was a pretty large "seating area" in the ones we've seen that would be great if you were hosting parties I guess but otherwise pretty much unused by us.

we stayed in the junior suite 1st floor walkout to the quite pool by the cabanas great location and will do it again. Also, we got a tour where they showed us a Master suite which is 2 rooms, pretty much the junior suite and the basic room combined. We didn't see the value since we're not in the room other than to shower, change and sleep and some sex !
