Christmas at Desire Cabo

Postby Desirelovers » Mon Dec 31, 2012 1:23 pm

We just got back from spending 15 days at Desire, in Cabo.
The resort is beautiful and the staff is awesome !

Christmas Eve was a special night, with a Christmas buffet which was superb, and a party at the Bar after.

The resort was very quiet, and not a lot of guests, but we had an awesome time and met some new friends along the way.
We both enjoyed the clothing optional choice, and enjoyed tanning naked by the pool everyday as well as at the jacuzzi every evening.

We are now Desire lovers, and cant wait until our next vaca. We would like to visit Desire Pearl next, but will check to see if any take overs are happening 1st, and get on the guest list. We are sure that with more people it would be even better !!

We will definitely return to Desire Cabo and look forward to the next erotic vaca in Mexico !!
:P

Can you go into more detail about the pool, food, rooms, vibe, etc.?? We are heading there in February and counting down the days.

The pool is always warm, and opens early in the morning.. Well maintained as well.. The rooftop jacuzzi had some temperature issues, with being too warm some nights, to cool on other evenings, but the maintenance staff was eager to try and fix it right away. The vibe at the jacuzzi definitely depends on the guests there, and changes nightly with the clientele.. Depending on if there is people from the lifestyle present, or just nudists, the vibe changes from very sexy to a quiet soak in the tub. There is beds made up all around the jacuzzi for those that desire to have a little fun, and there was never any pressure from any of the guests to join in, but you could feel free to watch.
The food is awesome, but with the resort running at 20-40% capacity, there was only 1 restaurant open in the evenings for dinner, so not alot of choice. breakfast is always at the buffet restaurant with choices available and awesome omlettes made fresh for you., lunch by the pool in another buffet style cafe, which does get boring if you are there too long, as we were there 15 days.
I would definitely go back to Desire, but would love to see a fuller resort, with more people, as it would be alot more livelier, and you would have more food choices available. The staff tries their hardest to entertain the guests, but with handful of couples present, its hard to throw a good party or keep the entertainment going.I think we will wait for a takeover for our next visit, as that way you would be assured of a full house, and a rocking good time. :L

Being at Desire for Christmas sounds like a good idea but only if you like only a small number of guest. Lets face it most people feel that Christmas is family time and we know that Desire is not the place for a family gathering. If we were going for a holiday we would go for New Years Eve as that is more of a adult holiday. If you are looking for a large number of guests next time that you go we sould suggest that you check out the calander for takeovers and book for that time.
When we go we just book it and have a great time no matter how many people are there.

We're not "most" then! We like to escape the obligatory "family time" at Christmas, and going to a clothing-optional, lifestyle-friendly resort is one of the best ways to do that :D

We are in the same boat. As a couple without children who live in the "great white north", we plan to spend our next few holiday seasons laying naked by the pool!
