Postby RockyA » Tue Jan 05, 2021 4:50 pm

Newbies from Wisconsin arriving Jan. 28-Feb 3. What is the best room! Also has anyone done the beach dinner? If so how much was it and is it worth it? How much is room service? Thanks!!

It’s a personal preference but we like 76. It’s at the far end of the resort but you have a great view from your room as well as your plunge pool. We can lay in bed and see the water, if we leave the curtains open we can watch the sunrise. You also do not have to climb up and down stairs as it is first level. For those if you who have not been here there is not an elevator. The third floor can old fast in my opinion.

Sometimes better to book a lesser room and negotiate with the manager upon arrival for a better room if they’re not full. Before we started requesting 76 we’d ask what rooms were available when we checked in and then go see where they were.

We've been there 7 times (and will be there the same time as you) and have never had a bad room. We are usually close to the hot tub (master suite) and it's always nice to be close to our room. The benefit to the other side is it's quieter... but hell, you don't come to Pearl for quiet. Hope to see you soon!

We were in room 69 our first trip (yes the staff had lots of laughs about that lucky room number), and it was just a basic room. We just stayed in room 46 I think after we booked a junior suite and I requested a ground floor room with a king bed. I think we were going to be in 52 which has 2 beds but we asked for a room with 1 bed at check in. It was very quiet, behind the pool beds on the quiet end of the pool. The lounge chairs on the patio were fun. Sunrises were gorgeous. But it was a long walk back for restroom breaks. Those bathrooms near the pool and jacuzzi are freezing! Next time I will request a ground floor room closer to the jacuzzi.

We liked 76 as well but this trip we are trying something new. We have a mansion room for this trip so if you want to know the best room in the resort? Our door is open and visitors are welcome.

We stayed in the jr suite, room 82. Far end of complex, quiet end of pool.

Requesting it again.
Could see the ocean from bed, the afternoons on the balcony were amazing. It was quiet on that end. We loved everything about it.

It was second floor btw.
