Booked through their site and canceled before free cancellation expired yet no refund arrived. Communicated with Brenda over email and got completely ignored when asked about the refund. Called a few days later and was told it takes 40 business day to refund the money, wtf? why in the world will it take 40 business day to refund a charge? This is me paying my credit card in full to avoid interest where Desire gets a free loan for 60 days. When asked the lady on the phone where can I find the part of the policy that deals with refunds, I got attitude. I stayed here twice already and this is a big turn off. I will not return to Desire after the way they dealt with this issue. Contacted my credit card and filed a dispute.
