We will be visiting Desire RM in late May into mid June 2020. We've recently done a few online culinary challenges. Of those challenges, we really enjoyed the hot food / hot wings challenges. With that in mind, we were curious if others were interested in some "hot sauce" challenges? We want to bring 5 - 6 hot sauces with us to the Desire RM. We would leave the hot sauces in the very capable hands of the food staff (Arrecife, Sahlo, Tentazione and Suki) restaurants. Anyone interested in dabbling in some hot sauce challenge adventures? We would source our bottled hot sauces from a popular online website called Heatonist. The sauces would scale from 2/10, 4/10, 6/10, 8/10 and of course the ultimate 10/10 on the heat (scoville) heat scale! We think it would be such a fun thing for couples to try these sauces, stepping outside of their comfort level box so to speak! Who's game?

For example, one of the hot sauces you mentioned has mangoes. This could send my wife to the hospital at the least, perhaps worse as she has a severe allergy. Our view is that this is 100% our responsibility to manage, however others might not view it that way, and one might be less inclined to think to check ingredients of hot sauce vs say a fruity tropical drink. The staff always asks about allergies, so as a food provider I'd say you should probably bear the same responsibility.
