Pre-registration

I thought I had read that guests con register up to fifteen days prior to arrival. If that is correct, how and where do I do it?

Be sure an indicate a room preference if you have one. That's not a guarantee that you will get it. Although, we have had some success. We have our fingers crossed this time for our selection. See you next Thursday.

We asked for a ground floor room and got it. The staff member even mentioned to us at check in that we got the room type and location we asked for so I guess they do read the requests. Room was great!

Last trip comment at check in was "You asked for it and you got it". Nice

Do you have to do the express check in or can we wait until we get there? If we can wait until we get there does the express check in save much time compared to waiting until we get there?

I'm sure that you don't have to check in early but if you do have a room preference this would be your earliest opportunity to ask for it. After checking in online both times we went to Pearl our actual check in at the desk was under 5 minutes including getting a drink and the cool towel to freshen up. I can't say if it would have taken longer had we not pre registered but it sure didn't hurt. It is easy to do on their website. BTW cancouple we are from Alberta as well.

We have done the express check in many times and they always seem to have all the paperwork ready for us to sign when we arrive. You may not get all the requests you make fulfilled but check in is usually quicker.
