We r very excited to be going..the husband just said a bit ago. "I am sooo reafy to go on our vacation!" we went with the Life is to f**king short concept...!!!! Wigs and slutty clothes should start arriving from the UPS man today, haha!

Guy's....im so confused. Please help. We had reservations for Feb. I woosed out. I got scared that i was going to be judged about my curvy body (lg ass and cellulite) i cancelled everything! My hubbs was dissapointed. We r NOT swingers...i make out with chicks thats about it, lmao... He is really wanting to go and honestly me too... Please help. I am seriously thinking about booking AGAIN... for mid may.. To suprise him...for real this time. What do u guys think. Please help me in my decision...xoxo

We took our first trip in Feb and would have loved to meet you! We are headed there in late June for trip two.. we aren't swingers either and I can safely say i've never made out with a girl... but me and my curvy 40 year old body were very welcomed. Desire is about you and your partner... he will enjoy the scenery and it will take no time at all before you forget you're naked and start enjoying yourself! My advice, jump in with both feet, have a couple of drinks at the bar and be brave! You'll have a blast!

Hi there. We're in the same boat as you. Desire RM some years ago was my idea, we didn't even really know what swinging was before booking that trip. It was eye opening but very fun. We're going to Desire Pearl in two weeks with another group so you can see we weren't scared away.

We're "swinger friendly" so to speak. We've discussed it, we like the openness of the lifestyle but we haven't interacted with another couple at all up until this point. My wife is also very self-conscious about her ass, thighs, cellulite, etc which comes with her being almost 40 and a mother of two. That's what's great about desire. Keep your clothes on if you wish, nobody cares. Just enjoy the environment with your partner, nobody cares. It's not packed with models and hardbodies as some ads may lead you to believe, it's just average folks. Sure, you may see some guy or gal and say "damn, maybe he should put some trunks on" but that comes with the territory and that persons confidence says something great about the environment, that he or she can still feel good about themselves even though they may not have a "perfect" body, afterall, who does?

Go, have no expectations, you will have a great time.

One word of advice, even if you two aren't swingers, book with a group. The experience going as a couple, without anyone else to sort of chat with or who you have things in common with (the group) really changes the experience. The resort and the atmosphere was much more fun when the group was there and when they left (we had two extra days after the group left) it just wasn't the same. If you're going to go, go big, go all out.
