We did one from Pearl last week. We left the pier at 10:30 and returned around 2:30. $89 per person (+ tip). It included alcohol, snorkeling gear and lunch (ceviche, guac and chips). A rep from the dive shop was walking around the pool one afternoon looking for interested couples.

Nudity is accepted? If so, how early into the trip can you get naked? Can you snorkel naked or are there other boats around that make that a no-no?

We were naked pretty much immediately and snorkeled naked.

I took the cruise back in 2005. They limited the tour to 6 couples.
I was shocked and saddened to hear the tour no longer operates this nude cruise.

There were three couples on ours. One couple came over from DRM. When we booked he told us up to 7 couples.

Just returned from this excursion, 5 couples in total, all naked for the vast majority of the trip. Set of at 10.30 from the jetty at Pearl and it took around 2 hours to get to the site. Snorkelled over the reef, it was ok but I have seen better reefs, but I guess there is always better, total time at site around 1 hour. We had drinks the whole cruise, alcholic and soft drinks, and we're fed after the snorkelling and then returned to Pearl for 3.30. For us both, we enjoyed the return trip and the company more than the snorkelling itself. Great day out overall and well worth it.

We are hoping to find 5-6 couples that are interested in some nude snorkeling when we are there in July. We missed out on the boobs cruise last year and heard the group that went had a great time. We were sorry we missed it.

We did the catamaran as a day cruise two years ago and it was huge fun. Three couples went, two from Pearl and one from RM and the trip started from the dock in Cancun. Anchored off Isla Mujeres for the nude snorkelling. This was a first time experience for us - it's amazing just how different and liberating this felt compared with snorkelling even wearing just a bikini.

The trip back was a real pleasure. The couple from RM sat on the bow in shorts and T shirt (they had huge hangovers from the night before and just wanted to sleep). The four of us just fooled around naked and had a great time on the cushions in the big aft cockpit (sorry..... no pun intended!). We put our clothes on about 100 yards from the dock to get in the van to Pearl. It was just like being in the playroom but in the sunshine! It took about two hours sailing to get back and the crew were sensational in their help and encouragement of our "nautical" activities... They supplied endless drinks and used lots of alcoholic squirty cream .

Last year the cat was moored at Pearl and trips were for only an hour or two but, we understand, had the same excellent crew. Ours was a great fun day day out and we would recommend asking the tour people to hire you the boat for the day. I'm sure they will. Shouldn't be too expensive if you split between a few couples and you'll have a very pleasurable time......

Sounds good HappyKid and I think honeycouple will be on board if it dosent conflict with some of their other scheduled activities. How does the 26th or 27th sound?

We are planing our 5 day trip on Dec 18.
Is there a company that does the nude snorkeling that we can contact prior to arrival?

I assume the areas are limited (not public) if you want to be able to snorkel naked.
Are the areas nice or would we be better off going to a public area with better sites?

Maroma Adventures has a nude catamaran every wednesday, which includes naked snorkeling in a nice reef. Most of the guests come from Hidden Beach Resort, but in 2014, we took the tour being hosted at Desire Pearl. They include round trip from your hotel to Marina Maroma, where the vessel departs.
