The cleanliness of the jacuzzi depends on your standards I suppose. We did see a very discrete couple doing it in the jacuzzi under the water. Impossible to tell if fluids were expelled. That type of thing can bother some people but the resort is well maintained and I'm sure the keep up with chemicals to kill anything that needs killing. The playroom is very clean. Towels are provided insidethe door and they are used by all. I was personally offended by the underwater sex but only because I couldn't watch the good parts.
They need to learn their manners.
