Younger couples

The hubs and I are planning a trip to DP. We are in our mid to late 30's and are wondering when does there seem to be a good variety of couples, in the 20's to 40's range?

We were both 37 on our first trip and had always stayed within 5 years or so either side of our ages for playmates.

The very first couple we met were in their early 50s and were a blast.

We threw age limits out the window after that. Glad we did.

But to answer your specific question... there will be a couple or two in their 20s, several in their 30s, a lot in their 40s and 50s, and even some in their 60s and 70s. It just makes sense as it is not a cheap experience financially.

This will be our third trip. Wife and I are both in our late 20s (last year of 20s for me). We have been the youngest each trip so far, but never been an issue. You will meet great people across all age ranges!

Another thing to be aware of, it will completely change your impressions of body image for the better. You will see all sizes, shapes and colors. Super toned and athletic to mom/dad bodies. You may be surprised who and what you find attractive when you aren't filtering everything through clothing and what you've always considered your "type". Not to mention that personality really moves to the forefront when you aren't able to give off an image with how you dress. People really tend to be pretty genuine when they're buttass nekkid.

It was eye-opening for us and has led to some wonderful experiences with terrific people that we would not have had otherwise.

Thanks!! Glad to hear the input from other experiences! Open to seeing all types of people, I'm attracted to various types, 20-50, lol! I am 33, he is 38. Age isn't a dealbreaker, I just heard it was more 60-70's crowd, thats why I asked about younger couples. We are not supermodels but we are not completely out of shape either. Maybe we will find a couple or two who pique our interest, maybe pique theirs! Excited to delve in to this new side of us, after 10 years, it will definitely be a new spark!

age is a thing for me. not at all for the wife, but i'll go in with an open mind and im sure i'll have a blast anyway.

Headed next week for our 6th trip, I am 34 and hubby is 36 - we were worried about this too at first, but honestly age was the last thing we were thinking about when we were there at the resort - its a really good mix of ages every time we have been, but every one is so laid back, nice and easy - going that age has never even been a concern since that first trip!

The Mrs and I were among the youngest on our trip in June, and like Hotswings mentioned, we weren't really interested in anyone more than a few years older than us going in. Well, in the end we made what we believe will be lifetime friends with a couple in their mid-40's and had some amazingly hot times with them as well. I know you read it over and over on these forums, but age really is just a number at Desire. People say the same thing all the time back in vanilla life too, but to varying extents that's not necessarily true.

We wouldn't have believed it ourselves until we got there, but at desire, it's 100% the case... 100%.
