What do you tell co-workers and family?

So when the inevitable "where are you staying?" question comes up, what do you tell them? I work in a conservative (and nosy) office...and I'm sure my mom will ask where I'm going just in case...also some of our vanilla friends, even though most of our friends are LS or at least open minded.
Were not going to Desire until Next May. I don't want to say cancun as we just went in June and are going again in December for a family trip w/ my 20 yr old son and his friend...when we go to Hedo i usually say "a friends timeshare villa" LOL...what are some hotels that are close to Desire? I'm sure this topic has been discussed before, so sorry if its repetitive...its really meant as more of a lighthearted/amusing question.

Our “Cover Storyâ€

Our “Cover Story” is http://www.aldeathairesort.com/. Its not too far from Desite, AND its owned by the same company. So, in the event that anyone sees something related to the resort on our travel documents or anything else (even credit card billing) we can always say not Desire but one owned by the same company. Hell, this is our first trip, knowing our luck, we will be busted very soon. Good luck to you and have fun!

We have been to Desire 9 times in the last two years. As you can imagine that is pretty unusual and notable. We never refer to Desire but simply Cancun when discussing anything about it. When people do ask about which resort we go to, as they now do because we obviously love where we go, we say Azul for two reasons. One is that it is close by and two there are two different ones right there so if they do actually end up going to one of them we can claim "oh we go to the other one" when we don't know what they are talking about. I should point out though that no one has yet to book a trip to Azul so we are still good. My husband for the first 3 trips at least said "I don't know my wife booked the trip and packed for me, my job is just to get on the plane". I've also used the "I'm not sure. la something?, el something?, some spanish name I can't remember."

Great, that's where were "staying" then..>Even better as we plan to do a 1/2 day in PDC and can take some pics around town....Oh and Aldea is one of the resorts i can stay at w/ our Premier membership, which my family knows about...thanks!

We also booked in May 2011, the first week.....we also have a problem of what to tell the family and co-workers, our biggest problem is that the wife takes hundreds of photos on every vacation and shows them around the office and family, of which all of them can't wait to see the pics.........I think a broken camera will be the answer this vacation.......told the family going to Secrets Capri

Oh we hardly take pics on vacations, and if we go w/ a group of friends, we will just have them email theirs to us...if they are "PG" enough, we post them on Facebook..If we do take pics ourselves, its just a few where were dressed up before going out..
Well ok you can take a few pics of the beach and a few of you dressed up for dinner or something and say the camera broke on the 2nd day and this is all you have lol...

I'd suggest you slightly change your cover story - Secrets SilverSands is just a short walk along the beach south of Desire - you could easily stroll down and get some pictures there and then say your camera messed up/broke right after you took the only shots you got....
