Crab Villa View

Just found out that we will be in the Crab Villa with an "Ocean View" room. Anyone have any insight as to what our view might be like? Is the view more of the hot tub, pool, beach or does Aphrodite block most of the view?

I am not sure which building is the 'crab building' but the one thing I can add is that Aphrodite doesn't block the view from any of the rooms. The buildings are laid out in, more or less, a flat semi-circle with each slanted towards the middle. There may be a better view from an upper floor for the building behind the Jacuzzi but I still believe that there isn't a room that doesn't have a decent view of the ocean. We have only stayed in three or four buildings but all of them have been either in the middle or towards the quiet side of the pool.

If you're looking at the resort from the beach, Crab Villa is the one furthest to the left, right next to Aphrodite. I was just wondering because we too have only stayed in the middle villas or more towards the quiet end.

The units closest to Aphrodite are great. Right in the middle of everything. Those rooms can be loud though as they're right by the busy side of the pool. I'd say the view is partially blocked by the restaurant, but I would not complain about it.

We were in Master Suite unit #8 in the Crab building. We loved it. We had a view mostly of the Jacuzzi and pool, but also a little of the ocean. We were initially a little worried that it might be loud late at night being so close to the Jacuzzi. That was never the case. We would definitely stay in that unit again.

We've stayed in room #7 (penthouse) and #8 (deluxe ocean) and the views are fantastic! They are both high enough to be above the noise but the trade off is dealing with three flights of stairs.......which was no issue for either of us. Probably our favorite building at Pearl, very close to everything.
